All mainland UK deliveries are sent via DHL, and you will receive a notification on the day of delivery via text or e-mail.
We ship worldwide with DHL. All orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours, UK Economy – 2 to 5 days, UK/Worldwide Express – 1 to 2 days when ordered before 2PM on a working day. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you can't find your dispatch email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. Otherwise contact us via email at email@example.com and we will resend your confirmation email to you for your reference. Saturday upgrades are available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a Saturday delivery service. If you need your garment for a certain date, email email@example.com and we will do our very best!
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order(s). You can return your order once you have received it (please find further details in our return FAQ section). We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign for and receive your order. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

We have an easy returns policy. You can return your order within the UK for any reason up to 14 days from receipt (for UK & international deliveries); the item(s) must not have been worn and must still have the security label intact. If you would like to exchange an item for another style or a different size, please contact our customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check stock accordingly and confirm how to send your item back to us. Please note: Return costs are not refunded, but we will send out your first replacement item for free. All product returns must be received within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries) and must not have be worn or have the security tags removed.
